George Malyckyj is a pattern designer focussing on the making of bespoke hand printed wall coverings. Drawing is at the heart of his practice and by using the colour and form of crystal structures as inspiration Malyckyj has developed multi-layered, complex imagery. His designs are enhanced through the incorporation of digitally embroidered motifs. Malyckyj’s work deals with the combined use if hand printing techniques and digital processes to create a new and exciting product for the market.
